How to Make RFID Readers Achieve 100% Recognition

UHF RFID reader receivers also require transmitters to send unmodulated carriers when operating. Receivers include tag reflection signals, antenna noise, environmental reflections, direct transmitter coupling, and the receiver's own noise. Now if we want to stably read a distance of 10 meters, and let RFID readers achieve 100% recognition rate and be able to adapt to changes in the weather and the environment, the effect of reading is better than that of common products. What should I do?
Practice: Processing Baseband Digital Signals

Oversampling and filtering. Oversampling can reduce the power of quantization noise in the effective bandwidth and improve the signal-to-noise ratio, which is equivalent to increasing the resolution of the ADC. The data obtained by oversampling can be extracted by the CIC filter, so that the data rate can be returned to the normal level and then cascaded. FIR filters are band-pass filtered to further reduce noise power and improve signal-to-noise ratio.

DC offset correction. Simply through the capacitive AC coupling method can filter out the DC part of the signal to reduce the DC offset interference. This method is the simplest structure, the lowest cost, and thus the most widely used.

Data decoding. The baseband data decoding method is divided into zero-crossing detection and coherent detection. Zero-crossing detection works by setting a threshold. Each data sample in the data buffer is compared with the median value. Because this method is simple and easy to implement, even a comparator can be used to implement the decision, which is widely used in Ethernet RFID reader products.

The advantage of RFID technology is more reflected in the group reading, and the core of this advantage lies in the anti-collision algorithm. You can choose a good product at the time of purchase. A good process design and some necessary fault-tolerance mechanisms will affect The read/write performance of an RFID product also involves RFID's 100% recognition rate in practical applications.

RFID Technology Optimizes Self-service in Restaurants

Smokin' Oak Wood-Fired Pizza & Taproom is a growing franchise that combines a pizzeria with a self-serve bar wall, offering fast casual dining across the United States. The company operates five stores and has plans to expand as many as 75 stores over the next few years. The company was originally designed to offer the old-fashioned way of ordering food—with the help of a cashier or bartender at a traditional bar. But its Omaha store offers a self-serve pouring booth powered by RFID technology. The company's CEO, Matt Mongoven, said the model will be replicated in all subsequent stores. The self-service system in this self-service pouring booth utilizes RFID self-pouring t echnology . Pizza and self-service tap facilities are under one roof. When customers arrive, the cashier asks if they would like to use the self-filling bar wall. If they answer "yes", the cashier scans their license and scans the RFID wristband with the restaurant's logo, ...

Wal-Mart Will Expand RFID Applications To Improve Its Inventory Accuracy

It is reported that Wal-Mart's headquarters has notified suppliers to expand its   RFID e-tags   to some new product categories. As of September, these newly expanded products will carry   R FID e-tags   on Walmart store shelves. The new areas of expansion include the following: 1. Consumer Electronics (such as TV, xbox) 2. Wireless Devices (such as mobile phones, tablets, accessories) 3. Kitchen And Dining 4. Home Decoration 5. Bathtubs And Showers 6. Storage And Organization 7. Car Battery ... As early as 2005, Wal-Mart required its top 100 suppliers to adopt RFID technology. The introduction of RFID tags has further increased the efficiency of Wal-Mart's supply chain; previously it took hours for all retail store staff to check what's on the shelf, but now it can be done in 30 minutes. Automated workflows based on RFID technology can automatically place orders, sort and screen. After using RFID technology, the system automatically generates electronic order...

RFID Solution —— RFID Inventory Robot in Smart Library

As more and more smart libraries around the world use RFID technology to achieve efficient management of intelligent book inventory, the sense of technology that smart libraries give everyone is directly multiplied. Intelligent inventory robots are mainly used in many item inventory scenarios. By integrating the RFID module into the intelligent in ventory robot , equipped with RFID technology and artificial intelligence, the robot is used to realize the automatic inventory of all categories of book products. Recently, a well-known library in Hong Kong and Macau has successfully applied Hopeland's UHF RFID module in this kind of project, and now the project is in progress. Hopeland smart series Multi-Port UHF RFID Modules are specialized module for developing fixed RFID reader and smart RFID cabinet system, based on Impinj R2000 or E710 chip platform, with multiple channels of SMA interfaces for RFID antennas,  and support multiple-tag and long range rea...
