Using RFID to realize free-position inventory management, through the RFID gate reader, the inbound products can be checked once, and the product positioning management.


Inbound process
Three steps: storage - check the product – shelves
When shipped from the factory, RFID tags attached to the pallets and baskets record product lot numbers. When the pallet passes the RFID read-write gate, all the information of the tag can be read at once, the pairing result is audited and displayed on the screen. The fixed RFID reader and RFID antenna is mounted on the bottom of the forklift. Pairing and managing positions are performed by reading unique identification information in containers, pallets, and RFID tags on shelves. The management shelves have different IDs, and the tray ID and container ID can be matched when they are put on the shelf. The long range RFID reader reads can be displayed on the forklift's screen, facilitating the operation of the forklift.
