Pharmaceutical Factory RFID Production Management Program

Pharmaceutical production management plan based on RFID technology. The overall construction of the RFID production management program follows the following principles:

1) Raw materials out of the warehouse
The raw materials are put into the large iron basket, and the basic information of the raw materials is bound through the warehouse door (RFID gate reader). Finish the outbound.

2) Enter the processing workshop production
After the raw materials are discharged from the warehouse, the raw materials are sorted into the respective transfer baskets and entered into the processing workshop for production. A fixed RFID reader is installed in each processing step, and a person is equipped with a scanner, a computer or a PDA to perform data association between the tag and the two-dimensional code.

After the raw material income file, the operator logs into the system and uses portable RFID reader to send a rigid RFID management label (reusable). The label includes the name of the raw material, the storage time, the serial number, the plot number, the farmer number, and the total batch, quantity etc.
